NEW Loot / Rank Rules

- When you join the guild you will get the First Blood rank
- Only 1 of your characters can be First Blood or Member the others will be Alts
- After you have raided 3 times you will be promoted to Member
- All Members officers dragons and gm can roll on items for their MAIN talent specc
- ONLY if no Member or above ranked person needs an item, can a First Blood roll.
- To Become a Raider you need almost perfect dps ( in the top 5 in a 25 man raid) and you need to come to almost all Naxx raids

NINJA LOOTING WILL NOT BE ALLOWED
ALSO ROLLING ON ITEMS U DONT NEED OR CANT USE WILL BE CONSIDERD NINJA EVEN IF U DONT GET THE ITEM



OFFSPEC ROLLING:----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
People can only rol for an item for their offspec if no-one needs the item for their normal raid specc
When noone needs the item for their main specc everyone that wants the item for their offspecc can roll BUZT the nromal Loot ladder will apply so an officer or raider gets the item before a member or first blood

ALTS-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Alts will only get loot if Noone needs it in the raid for their Main specc. This includes First Blood members.



WHINING about loot will not be tolerated and will be punished with a guild rank demotion, if you keep whining and start theatening with leaving the guild or not wanting to respect the rules you will get an instanct guildkick
